Organizing Your Datasets

Enterprise admins can group datasets by version for organization and more coordinated updates across accounts. To do so, locate the Datasets page in the Enterprise Admin Console.

  1. Create a new version in the source account with changes. image
  2. Group customer datasets under the same version. image
  3. As enterprise admins update or create new datasets, they can be organized by moving them to the appropriate version. image
  4. Versions can be deleted as needed, and the datasets will return to the "Other datasets" section. image
  5. In order to "rollback" a customer to a previous version, change the previous version dataset from Archived to Published, and the latest version from Published to Draft.
